Operating within the theoretical framework of "capacity-building," we foresee solving local problems using local resources for sustainable community and human development in some of the poorest, most overlooked, and marginalized communities in Asia. We identify local leaders as invaluable forms of human capital. We seek and engage these leaders to take ownership of their community and work with them to find solutions to existing and persistent problems given the realities of their surroundings. Currently, our efforts focus primarily on Education, covering the fields of:

• Teacher Training
• English Education
• Curriculum Planning and Execution
• Higher-education Acquisition
• Organizational Management
• Raising Awareness and Funds amongst the international community

We envision spreading our educational and leadership training efforts to schools, institutes, and educational centers across developing Asia.
